Keep an eye on your radiator levels. Allow your car to run for just a few minutes, then shut off the engine, and open up the hood. Then check the coolant level, but while the car is not running. You do not want the coolant to get hot; it is dangerous. Check radiator fluid by using a dipstick and remember to dilute coolant with water prior to adding it.
When you are experiencing car trouble, you may not have to call a mechanic. Some car repairs are easy to do yourself. If you would like to try it, you can research on the problem online. It's not too hard to do, and you'll be able to get money saved back to start repairing things.

Ask for OEM parts. These are original manufacturer parts. Generic are cheaper, but also less reliable. Generic parts could end up costing you more in the long run.
